Customs, Duties and Taxes
Customs operations are handled by GENUORA together with the selected freight provider’s customs agency for shipments outside Europe.
Any documentation needed will be provided by GENUORA. However, all customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
Damages
GENUORA is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive a damaged order, please contact the shipment carrier using your tracking number or email our support team to file a claim.
